Shipping Policy
NEXARILAB ships vaporizer accessories, replacement parts, glass components, mouthpieces, adapters, atomizers, coils, chambers, caps, dosing-related accessories, and other device-specific items. Shipping arrangements can vary depending on the destination, product type, package size, fulfillment location, carrier availability, and import requirements.
This policy explains how orders are prepared, how shipping estimates should be interpreted, what to check before delivery, and what to do if a parcel is delayed, damaged, split into multiple shipments, or marked as delivered but cannot be found.
Order Processing
Orders normally require processing before they are handed to a shipping carrier. Processing can include payment confirmation, inventory checks, product picking, packaging, address review, and preparation of shipping documents.
Processing times may vary during periods of higher order volume, holidays, inventory adjustments, payment verification, or when an order contains products that require different packaging methods.
Orders containing glass accessories or fragile components may require additional packaging to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
Shipping Methods and Transit Time
Shipping methods depend on the destination and the options available for the order. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or provided after shipment is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Actual transit time may be affected by:
- Carrier routing and regional delivery schedules.
- Customs inspection or import processing.
- Weather and transportation disruptions.
- Public holidays and peak shipping periods.
- Remote-area delivery requirements.
- Incorrect or incomplete address information.
- Local restrictions affecting certain vaporizer-related accessories.
Tracking information, when available, may take time to update after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your delivery information carefully before placing an order. A complete address should include the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number where applicable, city, region, postal code, and any other detail required by the local carrier.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once fulfillment has started or after the parcel has been transferred to the carrier.
NEXARILAB may not be able to redirect packages that have already entered the carrier network.
Product Packaging
Different accessories require different packaging methods. Glass mouthpieces, bubblers, stems, and other breakable items may be packed differently from coils, adapters, chambers, caps, or other small replacement components.
Please inspect the parcel after delivery. If the outer package appears crushed, punctured, wet, opened, or otherwise damaged, keep the packaging until you have checked the contents.
For damage claims, clear photographs of the shipping carton, shipping label, internal packaging, and affected product may be requested so the issue can be reviewed accurately.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in more than one package. This can happen when products are stored in different fulfillment locations, require separate packaging, or cannot be shipped together under the same carrier arrangement.
When an order is divided into multiple shipments, tracking information may be issued separately. One package arriving before another does not necessarily mean that an item is missing.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, shipment information may be sent by email after the order has been prepared for dispatch. Carrier tracking may not update immediately after the label is created.
Tracking events can sometimes remain unchanged while a parcel is moving between facilities, waiting for customs processing, or being transferred between logistics partners.
If tracking appears inactive for an unusually long period, contact our support team with your order number so the available shipment information can be reviewed.
Customs, Duties, and Import Requirements
International orders may be reviewed by customs or other local authorities. Depending on the destination, duties, taxes, clearance fees, inspection requirements, or additional import procedures may apply.
Rules for vaporizer accessories can differ between countries, states, regions, and local jurisdictions. Customers are responsible for checking whether the products they intend to order can be imported, possessed, or received at the destination.
Customs processing can add time to delivery and is outside the direct control of NEXARILAB.
Destination Restrictions
Some locations may restrict the shipment or import of specific vaporizer-related components. Shipping availability at checkout does not automatically confirm that every product is permitted under local rules.
An order may need to be cancelled, held, or adjusted when a shipping provider or destination requirement prevents normal fulfillment.
Shipping Delays
Delays can occur even after a parcel has left the fulfillment location. Common causes include customs review, transportation congestion, severe weather, carrier backlogs, regional disruptions, address problems, or failed delivery attempts.
If a delay occurs, carrier tracking is usually the most current source of delivery status. Our support team can also review the shipment information available to us when a parcel appears unusually delayed.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that a parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it, first check the mailbox, parcel locker, reception area, building entrance, household members, neighbors where appropriate, and any delivery notice left by the carrier.
Carriers may sometimes scan a parcel as delivered shortly before the final handoff is completed. If the package still cannot be located after checking the surrounding delivery area, contact the carrier and then reach out to us with your order number and tracking details.
Damaged Packages and Products
Fragile accessories should be inspected promptly after delivery. If glass, fittings, or other components arrive broken or visibly damaged, avoid installing or using the affected item before contacting us.
When reporting shipping damage, please provide clear photographs showing:
- The damaged product.
- The outer shipping package.
- The internal protective packaging.
- The shipping label.
- Any missing or loose components.
This information helps distinguish transport damage from damage that may occur after unpacking or installation.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If an order appears incomplete, first check whether the order was divided into separate shipments. If all packages have arrived and an item is still missing, contact us with the order number and details of what was received.
If you receive an item that does not match the ordered model, version, color, size, connection type, or pack quantity, keep the product unused and contact our support team before installing it.
Undeliverable and Returned Packages
A parcel may be returned by the carrier because of an incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal at delivery, customs issues, or other destination-related problems.
If a package is returned to the sender, the next available option will depend on the reason for the return, the condition of the parcel, carrier charges, destination restrictions, and whether reshipment is possible.
